Dont worry! We offer different levels of dance classes. We welcome people of ALL ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, as long as you enjoy dancing! Please arrive 15 mins before class.

Do I need to purchase a package to join classes?

Yes! XENT STUDIO does NOT accept walk ins.

Class passes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

I cant purchase a package, Help!

Unfortunately, due to regional restrictions, we are unable to accept online payments on our website at this time. However, we do offer an alternative payment methods that you can use: Bank Transfer (BIBD/Baiduri Bank).

Class passes are NON-REFUNDABLE.

How do I book a class?

Sign up for an account, create a username and password, purchase a class pass of your choice (Payment via Bank Transfer ONLY). Book a class with your class pass and come in to the studio! Bookings can be made in advance.

What do i bring to class?

Accepted Answer

Please bring your own water and towel. Drinks are also available for purchase. Wear whatever clothes and shoes you prefer, as long as they are comfortable and appropriate! However, specific preparations (heels, knee pads, etc.) may be required depending on the choreography style (check for updates on the official instagram page). XENT STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Please leave your valuables at the reception desk.

Does XENT STUDIO film all classes?

Yes, there will be filming at the end of every class. If you do not wish to participate, you may inform the studio staff or instructor before entering classes.

Question 7

Where can i get the photos and videos?

Accepted Answer

Photos and videos will be upload to the designated whatsapp channel (2-3 days after class). Kindly ask for the link from studio staff.

Can i cancel or change classes?

Accepted Answer

You may change or cancel your reservation. Deadline to cancel reservation is 3 hours prior to class start time. Irresponsible reservations that lead to no-show will cause automatic ticket deduction.

Do you offer private classes?

Yes, we offer 1-on-1 and group private classes.

Question 10

Who is eligible for the student package?

Accepted Answer

The package is for students in Elementary, Secondary, and University. All you need to do is present your IC/Student ID upon purchasing the student package.
